Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We offer standard local and national options at checkout. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at michael@noripfitness.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at michael@noripfitness.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.

We’re here to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

  • Exchanges Only: We accept exchanges on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Instead, a store voucher will be issued for any approved exchange.
